I would disagree with Daniel (and I'm Jewish also). There is no single Jewish ethnicity, as it were. Ashkenazic Jews share some cultural heritage; Sephardic Jews have a very different culture, and Falasha Jews are different from both. In addition there are significant Jewish populations among various skin colors, countries, etc., which makes it very difficult to pin down a particular set of traits as "Jewish".

Yes.
Well, strictly speaking "Jewishness" is an ethnicity, and "Judaism" is the religion.
I am Jewish by ethnicity (since my parents were Jewish), but I am not religious. On the other hand, it is possible to convert to the religion of Judaism even if your ethnicity is something else.
