My little cat, called Mini, I found abandonned in the cold, snowy streets of our nearby town. She was approaching each person in turn and appealing to them to save her,but no one took any notice, except me.When I picked her up she weighed nothing. Her eyes were sunken and without any shine atall. She must have been weeks trying to survive alone.
However, now perfectly recuperated and with eyes as big and round as those of an Owl, I have discovered that what I thought was a just a simple little Siamese Cat has become Big Boss over the household! She tells when I have to get up,(but by judging it frothe number of hours I have slept, not according to the hour. Also she seems to have a built-in "Snooze".If I don`t get up immediately then I`m reminded every ten mins.) I`m told when it`s time to make lunch and informed if the telephone is ringing or someone is calling at the door, (I`m partially deaf,) and, of course, I`m told when it`s time to go to bed!
Has anyone a cat like mine?

HA! HA! welcome to the world of slavery to a cat!!!
She had you sussed from the time you first laid eyes on her, cats can pick a soft touch a mile off.

My newish cat rules my house, me, my dog, my other cats, she trained us very fast, and we all do as we're told. You'd be most impressed.

Have you heard the expression - dogs have masters, cats have staff - ? SO TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!

But still, we couldn't be ruled by cuter, cuddlier, more adorable bosses if we tried!!

First off, congratulations for saving the cat. It sounds like you are spoiling her, but in a good way. All cats are the "boss" of the house. Our cat is the same. In fact, when he thinks we must wake up, he has learned to switch the lights on! Try to show the cat thaat you decide on the schedule though, because if you do what she wants you to, she learns that her role is to make your schedule, and not vice versa!

Yes I have a cat like that! He also lets me know when it's time to get up...We adopted him as a kitten so I don't know what he had to go through before we got him. In all other ways he is a wonderful cat with just a few "odd ways" but his good behavior far outweighs the bad.

Oh yes, we are but humble staff here.
I'm told when she wants food, if it's not yet time but she's hungry, she'll let me know when she'd like to go outside, or when she's lonely and wants a cuddle.
You should see when 11 at night comes, she just does not give up until I go and stand with her to have her last nibble of food, then it's off to bed. If I don't she gets all sulky with me.
Yes, we are but humble staff, LOL!

extra sunlit spots to lie in the table is a place for the cat to stretch-out the bathing room sink might desire to be dripping continuously for a sparkling drink every time New nutrition each and every meal and in no way repeat the type All vegetation might desire to get replaced through stay catnip and cat grass stay mice might desire to be allowed to run freely

Everyone who has a cat has a cat like yours. This actually proves the old saying that dogs have owners, while cats have staff

This is pretty standard for that breed. All cats are excellent people trainers, but siamese really know how to crack the whip. We are as much to blame as they are, of course. We're much bigger and presumably smarter, after all.

My cat, Bogie, is 17 and your cat sounds exactly like him......Bogie is quite attached to me keeps me on a schedule......You are right.............I never thought of it that way but my cat wakes me up about 8 hours after I've gone to sleep. ............ His snooze alarm works well also...He waits for me to go downstairs in the morning and licks his lips and meows until I feed him....often, at night he is already in bed waiting for me!
