basically the thing is there is this girl who is actually abt 30 but looks early 20's. i know she is married with children, but for some reason she stares at me on occasions. and even sometimes she smiles. and sometimes when i look at her she always looks back. Why would she do this ? i'm 20 yrs old myself, and this happens at work.

i think of its completely organic to flirt, adult men do it each and every of the time... that's no count number if or no longer something comes of it!! Flirting can purely be exciting and that's exciting to f** with a guy's recommendations too, purely reason you may. If I have been you i could purely have exciting with the flirting yet no longer take it from now on. consistent with possibility her husband doesnt make her sense quite and flirting with you and getting a reaction does... that does no longer advise that she somewhat needs something from you, she purely prefer to correctly known that "she's nevertheless have been given it"!!

I think its perfectly natural to flirt, guys do it all the time... it's whether or not anything comes of it!! Flirting can just be fun and it can be fun to f** with a guy's mind too, just cause you can. If I were you I would just have fun with the flirting but not take it any further.
maybe her husband doesnt make her feel pretty and flirting with you and getting a response does... that doesn't mean that she really wants something from you, she just want to know that "she's still got it"!!

Sounds like she is flirting with you so you need to quit looking at her and encouraging her and making her think you are interested. She is married so she is hands off to you. Get you a sweet girlfriend and distract yourself.
I would Never, Ever flirt with someone else now that I am married and I find it disgusting that so many are so insecure in themselves that they feel the need to disrespect their spouse that way just so they can build up their sick egos.

Flirting is just a part of nature. She may feel flattered that you are paying attention to her. Do not mistake this for some type of come on. She is more than likely not interested in you romantically.

I think this woman is trying to see if guys, especially the ones younger to her, find her attractive still. Its normal to want to know if you're still sexy after having had four kids and been in a committed relationship.

i think it's fun to flirt, it makes people feel like they still have "it" even though they are married with kids.. there's nothing wrong with it!!!! just chillax and enjoy the attention!!!!
