To feel more alive and inspired, do the things God has commanded. Make yourself available in any situation to be used to carry out His will. If you sincerely pray this, God will grant you many opportunities! You could also try to think of creative outreach ideas to share your faith with others, volunteer your time to help those less fortunate, etc.
The most alive and engergized I've ever felt was while I was on two mission trips to a third world country. There's absolutely no better feeling in the world than having the privilege of being used by God to do His will, to witness others being saved and having desolation replaced by hope. Sometimes the work is hard and grueling, but the reward (seeing someone's life changed for the better) is absolutely worth it. So, if you've never been on a mission trip and are able to go, I would highly recommend it. It will change your perspective about a lot of things!
