On the 12 day , give or take a few days, she will be in her prime and she will accept the male. What I understand here that she will be going into her prime soon. So you haven't missed it. The matting should take place during this week sometime.

She is still probaby too early. On average a ***** will stand for a dog around day 12. This can be earlier and it can also be later. Take the ***** in to have the vet do a smear to see when she is ready to breed. Is this male a proven stud? If not, I would not use him on a ***** that has never been bred.

it depends on the girl. They are all individual, and when the time is right she will accept the dogs advances and allow him to mate her. If she shows no interest or growls or snaps at him, it is probably too late. The best way to determine is to put her with the dog. They usually bleed for about 2 weeks, give or take, and will accept the male for typically 2-5 days in this period, but whether it is a the start, middle or end of the season is an individual thing.

i THINK IF YOU WERE RESPNSIBLE "BREEDER' YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS. IT DEPENDS ON THE DOG. YOU ALSO SHOULDN'T BE BREEDING TWO GREEN DOGS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IF YOU HAVE THE ***** THEN THE ONE WITH THE MALE SHOULD KNOW.
HAVE YOU CHECKED INTO THE LAWS WHERE YOU LIVE ABOUT BREEDING AND SELLING OR NOT. HAVE YOU HAD BOTH PARENT TESTED FOR HIPS ECT. OR ARE YOU JUST TAKING YOUR CAHNCES. DO YOU KNOW THE BACKGROUND OF BOTH PARENTS AS FAR AS HEALTH, TEMP ETC. AND i MEAN AT LEAST 5 GEN BACK.
gOOD LUCK

Obviously if you don't know what day to mate, you shouldn't even be breeding! Fix your dogs and forget about breeding her. Have both dogs gained an AKC Championship title? Have both dogs been tested for hip and elbow dysplasia and clear from PRA? No? Then you shouldn't be breeding any dog.
