Dash lights and tail lights are on the same circut. Replace fuse. If you dont know where the fuse block is look in the owners manual. On the inside of the cover should be a sticker showing where they go and the amp rating.

After you eliminate the cheepest things first. Fuses, bulbs switches and wiring in that order. I have replaced several lamp dimmer switches over the years, the one just to the left of the steering wheel.

As always with any electrical system, check the fuse and the bulb. Those will catch 98% of the time.

first fuses (like they say) then check to make sure the dimmer is turned all the way up.
