Weather happens. Storms are naturally occuring weather conditions that can be caused by a number of natural factors. Weather in general and storms in particular can be predicted using satellites, radar, and other special equipment, and it is a reliable method in detecting storm patterns. Although storms can be predicted, and detected, there is currently no way to deflect or 'defuse' them, and weather is always a factor when planning and hosting outdoor events of any scale.

Desert Storm was a military stance in the middle east, particularly in Iraq by America under the previous Bush administration.
