its pinky in colour and has small bits of circular white fat bits on it the size of your thumb nail,usually put in sandwiches so it's sliced up.Its made of pork meat ,although I have been told that traditionally it was horse meat.Tastes yummy!!!!

A smoked Italian sausage made of ground pork and beef and cubes of pork fat, flavored with wine and spices.
to find out if it is good why dont you try some it can be found at the deli I personally dont like it at all.

brat is just a word the americans use for sausage but they are basicall the same item
