When I was a kid here in Aussie, I was told while holding a face that if the wind changed...My face would stay the same....
I really believed it for quite a while.. LOL...

if you continue to make that face, yes it will stay that way, until you make a different face, or until you sleep and are not capable of holding those muscles

if u kept on doing this face ..
i 'll feel sorry for u evey time i look at u ...
if u r asking ...:::: no ur facial mauscles we fatige and u 'll have to get back to normal shape ... after that u can repeat it...
and it could put u in some problemes
