From a liquor store that sells them. You have to pay a deposit on the tapper also. Somtimes the keg has to be ordered a couple days ahead of time. Look in yellow pages in your area for liquor stores in your area.

In my town, you just order one from your favorite bar. They order an extra keg of your favorite beer, an extra tap, and voila, you're in business. You will probably have to pay a deposit for the tap. I that doesn't work, try your favorite beer & liquor store. Don't wait till the last minute!

likely won't happen the problem is, you can't get kegs refilled that's why they are set up with rental/deposit programs they have to be sent back to professional breweries to actually fill them (stores don't have the facilities to do this)

Grocery stores sell them here. You can order one at the customer service counters. Even Wal-Mart sells them.
