if someone is going to shoot ur friend and u jump in front of the friend to save them. isnt that sucide cuz u know u MIGHT die if u get shot?
im just wondering cuz the bible says if u comit suicide u will NEVER go to heaven. but i would never let my friend die!

Regardless of "greater love" suicide is suicide. I mean, I can commit suicide to provide a better life for my family. Or does the statement need to be modified to exclude all but ritual suicide?
