I recently got rejected by a guy who I've liked for a long time, and now, my ex-boyfriend's friend likes me. I talk to him everyday at school, he's a great friend, but I don't really like him that way. I tried to imply to him that now's really not a good time, since he KNOWS about the rejection incident, but he doesn't seem to be taking the hint, even though he's really smart! How do I tell him I'm not interested, and keep the friendship? Should I tell him ASAP? How do I make sure that I won't lead him on afterwards?

Tell him how you feel in a very nice way ASAP. If you keep it like this, he might love you more & more every day, and you don't want that. Just tell him in a nice way to be able to keep the friendhip between the two of you. Guys usually take it very well.

Its clear this guy does not want to be your friend, otherwise he would respect your wishes.Tell him in a nice way exactly how you feel.Tell him hes a nice guy but there will never be a future between you guys. Then find a guy that treats you like crap, girls tend to like that kind of stuff.Stay true player, peace!!

You should tell him how you feel.. Guys have to be told straight up.. or they think there is still a chance..and you have to tell him soon .. and make sure that you don't lead him on.. Don't be too flirty.. or anything like that..

Tell him how you really feel. Friends only. So he is well aware there is no chance for a relationship. Give him the oportunity to decide for himself if he still wants to be your friend only. If you are a true friend to him, you will tell him the truth.

Just tell him the true; that all you want is his friendship. That's is not mean nor any bad. Just be honest. Despite what many girls thinks Guy can't read your mind! so you need to tell him.

Just tell him straight up. Don't be mean, but tell him the truth. It's easy to be blinded by your feelings when you like someone, and your hints may not be registering with him.
