To Auntb93-

"13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
(Mt. 7:13-14)

To January00-

Youre right, I dont know you. But how can you say I am judging someone? All I did was post a question and a bible verse thus far. The point here is to see the truth and judge yourself. This is not for my benefit, it is for yours.

To single eye's

That is a terrible misinterpretation of Luke 17:21. What new age bookstore did you pull that from anyway? Jesus said it himself, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)

To single eye's 2:

Where are you getting this from? Nothing what you say is in the bible. Yet I am giving you bible verses that confirm that you are wrong.

No, I do not seek Him because that is not what He told us to do. The kingdom of God is inside you, follow Her. She will never mislead you, ever.

Addition: You are the one misinterpreting my friend. Jesus being the way to His Father is not about going to heaven. It is about a special place in Heaven. My new age bookstore is the Spirit of truth within me. She is the Light of the world.

Addition#2: I gave you my source and She is very much in the bible. She is the one who inspired the writing of all scriptural truth. You have proven nothing I have said is wrong. You need to understand that quoting verses out of the bible does not constitute proof of anything. If you were born again of the Spirit you would understand.

I Do Not Believe So, Because Many Of Them are very "Religious", But do not Believe that Jesus Is God!
God Says: If You Deny Jesus as God>>>>>You Don't Know ME ! They Do Not know this , The Devil Has them Blinded. They are some fine People , with wrong teaching >>Ones who Deny "JESUS IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE>" >>>>>Cannot Be Saved.

I don't know what my "sin" is - apparently, just being alive somehow makes me a sinner, although the worst thing I have ever done was get a speeding ticket.

I'm tired of this argument about how man needs God to be good. Not having salvation through God doesn't automatically make me a bad person - it makes me nothing but a person. Do people need God to be moral? Or was a general lack of morals the reason man created gods?

The fact that you define your own beliefs as "The ONLY Way To Salvation" implies that you have no interest in what others believe. It must be energizing to feel superior. Until you come across someone else who makes the same claim and you fight to the death because of course god is on your side and will help you kill those "heathens" (p.s. they are thinking the EXACT same thing) It's amazing what people will do in the name of god. I like that Jesus guy though, perhaps the greatest Buddhist ever. I know, I know what would Buddha do...RELAX

Why can't I seek God instead? That is silly thinking. I believe in God and pray to him, so you think I'm a bad person and I'm sinning because of that?!? Boy oh Boy and you wonder who is confused....Did you know that it is a sin to Judge other people? You aren't God you have no idea what is in my heart, if I believe in God and I'm a good person then according to you I will still go to Hell, I think that is a sin....You don't know any of us...You don't know that we pray to God...God is all Merciful and all Knowing and I HIGHLY doubt he would punish me for loving him and believing in him and ONLY him....
Did you know it's a sin to associate more than one thing with God the all mighty? God is alone, separate, ONE GOD, and it says that in Christianity as well.
LOL! How can you think God was a little boy, born from a woman's womb? That grew up and died and lived a life on this earth?
I believe in God And that won't put me in Hell. I will go to Hell if I falsely accuse others or try to Judge people, Not if I believe in him and pray to him. Jesus was Jesus and God is God....

I believe some of them do ! On the other hand, how can one be sure Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation ? What about Buddha, Allah, Krishna and all the other numerous gods people believe in ?!

No, they do not seek that pathway because they are on another. Many, many possibilities exist, and many are very good. If you define all paths other than Christianity as sin, then I suppose your hypothesis is true by definition. But I am on a different one, and so are millions, if not billions, of other people.

People with common sense and who understand laws and moral principles are capable of recognizing right from wrong and are strong enough to hold themselves accountable. They don't need a Bible or Jesus or god to "hide" behind or lean on.

There are a lot of good people out there who do not "seek Jesus Christ," so I guess if you're saying that they love not-seeking good ol' JC (which I suppose you would say is a sin for some reason?), then... yes.

So... catch 22?

No Its because of the devil has put preconceived notions in their mind. The devil is a trickster. Before I got saved He kept putting in my mind if I would accept Jesus I would have to wear a white shirt and tie all the time because he knew i hated that.So whatever a person dislikes he will put that picture in your mind when you think about becoming a Christian,The devil has all types of tricks like that
