Yes you do, because you need some proper worming medicaton which is only available from vets (don't even bother with anything from a shop).
Puppies should be wormed from two weeks of age. Once you've cleared up this infestation, please continue to worm your dog regularly.
Get this sorted asap.

If the worms are long, white and look like spaghetti, they are most likely round worms. Roundworms are not too serious if they're treated quickly, but can actually be deadly if they are not. Get your puppy to a vet, soon, and if he's acting sick in other ways, get him in to an emergency clinic, now.
Roundworms actually began to mature in the lungs, are coughed up, and then are swallowed and settle into the GI tract. If you're seeing your puppy vomit worms, he's very infested and probably has been for some time. Since roundworms can be transmitted from mother to puppy through the placenta, he may have even had them since the day he was born.
Your puppy may also have other types of worms, not visible to the human eye, so do make sure to get him checked out thoroughly as soon as you're able to.

yes the puppy has got worms ;if you are seeing worms then it is in a bad way, get down the vet now!
if you can't afford a vet , go to the blue cross, it is a free service, a charity .you only have to make a donation not a big bill. or the r.s.p.c.a however not sure if they charge a fee.

Has your puppy recently be given a de-wormer? If so, it's nothing to worry about. If not, then you should get your dog to the vet ASAP. It could be a sign of a serious condition. Not all dogs are born with worms, but a large number get them from being in a kennel with other puppies. It will spread like mad. Not uncommon though. Just get it to a vet soon to prevent further complications.

You must deworm her anyway. Puppies and kittens often have worms. Anyway, deworming is essential, call the vet and ask what to give her or buy a de-worming product, safe for her age, at your pet store. If you go to the vet you could collect a sample of the worms she vomited to show him. Feed her light food (boiled boneless chicken) for a couple of days, and if she doesn't get sick again gradually change to dog food.

Might be as well. You have got to worm the pup so you might as well get the necessary stuff from the vet and get the pup checked over at the same time. Has the pup had it's other jabs yet?If not get them done at the same time. Most pups get worms and need treating. They are only a problem if left untreated.

Yes I think all you need do is go to the vets and get some worming tablets, all puppy's need to be wormed. and I think they have to have some jabs against hard pad. ect. it's a long time since my dog was a puppy so I'm not 100% sure about this.

okay.. LONG WORMS ARE TAPE WORMS.. round worms and such u cant see really unless they are under a micro scope.. and just getting an everyday dewormer is NOT going to kill tape worms.. there is a different medication that vets use for tape worms..
you need to get to a vet ASAP.. tape worms can make a dog very sick.. expecially a puppy..
however.. he should be on a monthy dewormer anyway.. but these are tape worms and the dewormer wont help that anyway.. but def get him on a dewormer.. and flea control.. worms can develop from injestion of fleas..
please see a vet.. good luck

Sounds like tape worms...you can go to a local pet shop and get some medicine for de-worming for older dogs...i'm not too sure about puppies though, but i would definetly take your puppy to the vet again and demand that they give you some medication for the worm problem.
