Swear or rant to myself, I have paced before without thinking about it
Exercise is a GRET way to relieve anger. Especially running! Imagine running so hard to parallel the pressure you're feeling.

I always feel stressed and irritable... I always yell and I cuss a lot. I do Not suggest you take this route...I'm tired of yelling and want to stop cussing but I've been doing it for soo long I cant stop things from flying out of my mouth.

I usually have a real good cry and scream loud then i realise that things are not that bad its just they get on top of you sometimes.

Go somewhere and scream as loud as I can! I might hit the wall, curse, cry hard, then just collapse and sleep.

i write my problems and thought out and CRY my eyes out then I go and take a long drive to get away from everything sometimes i end up at the beach

i dont, i just relax and control it (if its anger. i havent been angry/mad/irritated in years). but if its sadness i just let time do the work.
