I vote for the Treadmill I lost 15 pounds in a month just doing the treadmill alone for like an hour, every other to everyday a week

Running is best--I would go outside if possible, much more fun than treadmilling it. The elliptical machine is easier, so save that for days when your feeling lazy.

treadmill hands down. Even if you don't want to run, set the thing on an incline and walk briskly. As with any exercise, stick with it for good results.

I would do a little of both if you can. Otherwise, I would say treadmill because you are moving more parts of your body and not sitting down.
