And being around other kids at school or wherever, and playing a game and nobody ever picks you or throws the ball to you?
And you feel like you just want to curl up in a ball and cry, because you dont understand what you did wrong, but still no one will even look at you like they're going to play with you?
And you have no idea what to do, because even when you make the effort to try to get someone to pass the ball or talk to you, they just blow you off?
No matter how hard you try..

I can remember back to when I was still in diapers. I remember shaking my crib -- "walking" it out in the floor so I could see my mother in the other room. I also remember getting a clothespin stuck on my finger & my older sister having to clean up the urine puddle for laughing at me w/o coming to my rescue. And, yes I remember being the austracized fat kid who was always picked last for teams. I was also a "second-shift orphan" who's dad wasn't around much during my waking hours. I spent a lot of time to myself when I was younger -- hard to believe that I became so "co-dependent" later in life. It took a long time for me to get over relationship break-ups ... Oh, now look what you started!

Yes, I know this feeling except for the crying part. There came a point when I just didn't care about those kids anymore.

Actually yea I do remember that happening many times in elementary school. Nobody would pick me for sports teams in gym, little did they know I was awesome at soccer and dodgeball. Things have definitely changed since then.

Sure, we've all been through that. The lesson I learned from it is kids can be cruel and not everyone is going to like you. Then I grew up. It doesn't have to scar you for life.

Unfortunately, yes I do. Kids can be extremely mean.
