Yes, there's this new LED light source gadget in a small pod that you put up to your zit and hit the trigger to zap it with the light.
I've heard that these things work pretty fast at clearingn up zits, like overnight.
What they do is send a pulse of infared (I think) light that penetrates the skin down to the bottom of the effected pore, where it kills the bacteria at the bottom of the pore and clears up the zit.
I seem to remember a price tag of maybe $150 to maybe $300 for one of these gadgets last time I saw it.
I'm sure a dermatologists office will know where to buy one near you, or recommend a good one, and I bet that if you just called the office up a friendly nurse would tell you without having to make an appointment.
Or maybe WebMD.com might suggest one.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.
