What is the question? How is it phrased? The name of the store is unimportant.

In retail stores shrinkage is a big part of there bottom line. When going though an interview proses the employer will ask standard questions about theft to see your answer. The best answer is to be honest.

even though the person conducting the interview knows full well that everyone is not honest all the time, always answer that question with a matter of factly "yes, i am honest". the interviewer wants to see the way you answer the question. so just answer yes. there no reason to raise suspicion about honesty before you've even started work. you haven't done anything wrong.

You answer " If given an opportunity, I prove my honesty ". No further question will be asked. Good luck.
