The first place I would like to go is Rio de Janeiro. “Brazilians say that God created the world in six days and on the seventh day he created Rio. Rio - “The Marvelous City” – embraces one Atlantic Ocean with its famous beaches like Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon, a paradise on Earth! That remains to be seen…it is the location, the tropical climate, The Samba and Schools and of course the world famous Carnival Ceremonies that have given Rio de Janeiro its image of a heavenly place on earth. In contrary, to what the names suggests, the city was not foundation next to a river, but is (Located at a bay).

Are you asking in this category because a Police Officer needs to check your grammar?

If you are asking about something in the past, the proper grammar would be 'What happened?' If you are asking about something that is happening as you are asking, you should ask 'What is happening?' For the 'future' you should ask 'What will happen?' or 'What could happen?' Grammar is something that 'changes' with the time and location, and it's partly the language being used that determines it, but it could also be 'correctly stated' in another form in an area with a 'distinct dialect' ... I've never heard of any 'grammar websites' but even if there are any, I would urge you to be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS about using it, because I have a 'grammar check' on both of my word processors, and they are both 'wrong' more than they are 'correct' when they are 'checking' what I have written. So ... do a 'search' using the words 'grammar correction' and 'grammar check' and see if you can find a GOOD website ... but the 'read the words aloud' and LISTEN to them to be sure they are 'truly correct' and not just 'grammatically correct.' Sometimes, 'grammatically' just doesn't 'sound correct' and you can 'hear it' if you say the words aloud.

Your question is in the wrong category entirely. You're asking about grammar while talking about Rio de Janeiro... um, did you get lost on your way to the "Homework Help" section?

Sorry, but I had to report this question. This is a violation of community guidelines.

Ok, why is this posted in Law Enforcement and Police?

To answer your question, this paragraph contains several errors, especially the last sentence. (It is a comma splice, a major error)

You would get better answers if you posted this question in the "Homework Help" category under "Education & Reference."

The grammar isn't TOO bad.

Just break it up into readable paragraphs.
