Talk to your dermatologist first. Get a prescription medication for a topical cream. Also, get tested for allergies. You might be eating something that could trigger the acne. (When we were younger, my fiance kept breaking out, turns out he was allergic to wheat. He stopped eating wheat and his acne cleared up.) Talk with your parents and a gynecologist about going on Ortho Tri-Cyclin Lo. Along with clearing up acne magnificently, it also regulates your periods and reduces PMSing. My sister and I went on it for acne and it worked wonders. You might be a little young to go on it, but check with your girlie doctor.
Good luck!

Hi,
Good skin care can keep acne under control and at a mild level.
Wash the skin twice a day using a mild soap, especially after exercise. Avoid scrubbing the skin. Hard scrubbing of the skin is harmful because it irritates the openings of the oil glands and can cause them to be more tightly closed.
Avoid putting any oily or greasy substances on the face. Oily and greasy substances make acne worse by blocking oil glands. If unavoidable, use water-based cover-up cosmetics, and wash them off at bedtime.
Shampoo the hair daily. Avoid hair tonics or hair creams especially greasy ones. These substances spread to the face and aggravate the acne.
Avoid picking blackheads as this delays healing. In general, it is better not to "pop" pimples.
Exercise regularly and keep fit.
Don't stop the acne medicine too soon. It may take up to 8 weeks for a good response.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Have you tried proactiv or something like that? I use Dan Kern acne meds (look him up) and it's benzoyl peroxide just like proactiv and it does work but I'm not sure about really bad acne. Might also try getting on ortho tri cyclen I believe that's the birth control that can help control oil production. Best bet is go to a derm, he might be able to prescribe accutane or something.

If it's really bad, make an appointment with a dermatologist - which is a doctor who specializes in skin disease. He'll give you a medicine which will clear up the acne.

Wash your face with Boscia Clear Complexion Cleanser with Botanical Blast morning and night. After your face dries use DDF Oil Free Moisturizer. Go to the dermatologist and ask about Retin - A! After a month and a half to two months, you will definitely see results using it. Retin - A is my HG, and can be used up to about 8 months. Retin - A is used only once a day, at night, after you wash your face you use Retin - A, 15-20 minutes after applying the product you moisturize with the moisturizer I suggested. Your skin will be sensitive at first, but it is worth it! Twice a week you need to use a face mask and exfoliate. Exfoliate with Phytomer Vegetal Exfoliant right after you shower (in hot water because the steam opens and cleans out your pores), you apply the exfoliant and leave it on for 10 minutes, then wash it off with cold water. Use a homemade facial mask. My favorite is the oatmeal yogurt mask. You add two tablespoons of crushed oats, add two tablespoons of original non-fat yogurt, and two tablespoons of water and mix the remedy until it turns into a paste. Next apply the mix onto your face and leave it on for 15 minutes, then wash it off with cold water. TIPS: Drink 8 glasses of water a day Clean your bedding every other day Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night Take a multi vitamin daily Keep your hair out of your face Try drinking Vita Coco Coconut Water Don't touch your face Don't get stressed out
