keep a lip balm in your pocket all the time, apply it when it feels sore or dry. Try to drink plenty of water and don't constantly lick you lips. This quite often the result of central air conditioning and heating.

When my allergies go crazy, I get a very dry nose. I apply plenty of Vaseline and wear it overnight. It works great on dry lips and feet too... :)

You should put moisturizer every night, it makes you skin smoother and look more healthier. You should also drink lots of liquids :D
