If free software does not work for you, use AVS Video converter. It supports virtually all video formats and has built-in DVD, VCD burning engine.

- download, install and run the program
- open a file or file you want to burn
- click “To DVD” button
- click “Convert Now”

After conversion is finished, it will ask you to insert a blank DVD.
