Where should I look. I am attractive a bit overweight but I am extremely well proportioned. I catch guys looking at me all the time but I am so shy I don't know what to do. Please anyone with advice.

Hi I was an extremely shy person, who is now happily married.
I suggest you go to places where people are.
If you go to say, a music lesson, you will see the same people everytime. Your shyness may or may not lesson, but guys will find out about you, talk about you, and talk to you even. They are good at being the aggressers. Just be happy, dress nice, and be there. Doing something like learning music, or some class, or sport, or the library will open your oppertunities, and you may even get comfortable Make it easier for people to know you . Some people Love shyness. Some people won't talk to you without knowing you or about you first.
The fact that you asked this questioni means that your shyness is breaking. If you feel comfortable online you can find nice people to chat with.

There is someone for everyone, you just have to look. Try reading some books on how to overcome being shy. You need to learn to be assertive. Nothing is life is ever acheived unless you take the chance. You need to step up to the plate.
By the way, body language has plenty to do with people not approaching you. You probably appear to be unapproachable. Smile when guys look at you. Unfold those arms when in conversation. Look people in the eye, instead of glancing and turning away. There are book on that too in the library and the bookstores.
I used to be shy too, but it did not get me anywhere. I read a book entitled "How to Make Friends and Influence People". It changed my life.

I feel exactly the same, so just know that u arent alone. I am in love with a guy and he doesnt know it, but im shy and without experience so I dont know what to do about it. Just keep going through life and gradually you will become to come out of your shell...your moment will come

me 2 same here .... i 2 quite overweight ... but in good posture ... nd i m 2 a shy person .. so i also dont get girls .... well i can see them stalking at me

get yourself out there and talk to guys! go to sports events, clubs are not too bad, the parks, from what you said about yourself...you're still a great woman to go out with....
