what is the best way to get into retail management?

I been working retail throughout high school and now that im graduation i gotten really intrested in the business side of retail like corporate and stuff. I heard they make good money anyone know any good info about this field and how to start into getting thier I saw a school a that offers fashion marketing but i wonder isnt business management the samething as well. need info confused help!

You should ask the ceo of your store and see if they would sumit you for the training program. then get a degree at the same time in retail management.
