The only car I can think of that comes close to your requirements and falls within your budget would be a 3-4 year old V6 Mustang, but even then you'll be challeneged to find one with less than 40k miles for less than $13k. Pre-2005 it put out slightly less than 200hp but with a few mods you could get it over (the same engine in the current Mustang is rated at 210hp). Its reliability is average according to Consumer Reports.

Otherwise you're going to have to compromise on at least one of your requirements. The only other car with RWD/AWD and 200+ hp that's anywhere near the Mustang's price range would be a turbo Subaru, but they're several thousand more and depreciate less.

maybe if u are lucky you might find a wrx for under 13 from a private dealer. 99 to 04 body style mustang gt maybe, or maybe a camaro or trans am not a WS6they will probably have higher miles but you get over 300 hp with plenty of after market parts available best bet if you are buying from a dealer is to buy at the end of the month, the end of the quarter, the end of the year, for the best price. go for mustang as last resort and don't buy a automatic anything. WRx is probably the best car price wise but the are not as common as a camero T. A. or mustang so try ebay

Try a Mazda 3 with the bigger engine or a Mazda 6s. You can very well find something in that range.

Wow. That's kind of hard, but I say a Subaru.

I was going to say RSX-S but it's a Front Drive.
