You're not too young, but you should probably try shaving first. Getting waxed at a salon is a lot more expensive than shaving, but you can also buy kits that you can do yourself that are cheaper than salons.
If you are going to wax your mustache I would get a waxing kit specially for sensitive areas, or bleach it. Bleaching is probably a better option, because even though the hair won't grow back thicker, it will seem that way because it will get stubbly and be harder to cover up. Also waxing will make your lip look red for a day or two. I would bleach it if I were you.

I think that 12 would be a good age, but you can always use Nair or something else. It hurts to wax your mustache, but it doesn't come back thicker, its just that the bottom part of the hair is bigger and when it is short it shows up. Whatever you do DON'T bleach it, I tried that. You could just tweeze it, but it doesn't last as long. Don't try do it yourself waxing either, go somewhere to get it done, it works a lot better!

There's no age limit but ask you're mom first. Personally I wouldn't wax my legs I would just shave them maybe even use the new Nair for younger girls. But waxing is painful from what i heard. Plus if you do it wrong you'll get bumps I think and the professionals cost a lot. Leave the mustache alone for now because you're still young. Worry about that in high school. This is all opinion though discuss this with your mom =)

Waxing won't make it grow out thicker as long as you continue to wax and not switch it up with shaving. Your legs will hurt more than your mustache. As for your age...I think it's up to the individual, if you think you can handle having to do this every week, go ahead.

Usually to get waxed you have to be 14 or older and honestly I would never wax my mustache because it will come back thicker and waxing anything period will make it come back thicker....I think I would wait a year at least before i start waxing anything if I were you....Hope this helps!!

Once you start growing hair on your body, and you're totally 100% comfortable with the idea, then that would be the right time (not by a certain age). I used to wax my eyebrows when I was 12 years old at a beauty salon. If I hadn't done that I would have had a unibrow :X But overall ask yourself is you're ready and comfortable with it. :)

I myself started waxing my legs when I was 15. I don't think you should wax ur mustache. That skin area is sensitive. It might cause you some rash or pimples.

Well how do you have a moustache at 12? It would probably be better not to because it will only grow back worse, but go for the legs i started at 12 and its a lot easier than shaving they also stay hairless a lot longer than if you shave.
