If I want to say " I'm coming!" do I say "yo vengo" or " Estoy viniedo"?

"Estoy viniendo" sounds weird. It does makes sense, but is not used too often

"Estoy llegando" makes more sense

If you are in a taxi and your mother call you to your cell phone, you can say "estoy viniendo" or "estoy yendo" or "estoy en camino" or "ahi voy" to your home there are more other expresion, but I think these are the best.

vengo is just fine. Venir means to come and when you conjugate in in the present form of I, you say Vengo. I am coming. I am coming into the room. Vengo al domerieto.

Ya vengo. .. or ahi voy.

Those are the two I use the most. I am fluent spanish speaker. My family speaks spanish most of the time.. trust me :o) Other people are going to give you what they remember and THINK they learned in spanish class... I am giving you facts :o)

"Ya voy" is the right answer
that's how you say it in Spanish nothing else
E.g.
-" hurry up we are going to be late"
-"I'm coming"
-"Apurate se nos va a hacer tarde"
-" Ya voy"

Someone said "Ay voy"
and well "Ay!" usually is to denote "pain"
"Ay! I hurt myself"
in that case I would be "Ahi voy" "there I go"

In many Spanish-speaking countries, if someone calls you and you want to say "I'm coming" it is more usual to say simply "¡Voy!" or "¡ya voy!"

The correct translation is "Ya voy"... unless you mean sexually.... then you would say "me estoy viniendo" o "voy a terminar"...

To say "I'm coming", I think you can say "Estoy veniendo." But what I think is more common is saying "Voy a venir."
