I try to feed my daughter somewhat healthy... it can be hard these days! Some of my toddlers favorite foods, in no particular order:

Cottage Cheese
String Cheese
Macaroni & Cheese (I limit this both in frequency and quantity)
Cheese (or veggie) pizza (limited)
Cheese in general, any kind really
Olives (both black and green)
Pickles (both sweet and dill)
Goldfish crackers (I buy the ones made with whole grain)
Oatmeal (regular oats I cook with milk and then add unsweetened applesauce and raisins/craisins with cinnamon... She LOVES IT)
Yogurt (try to buy natural or organic)
Bagel w/ cream cheese
Apple slices with peanut butter to dip
Pretzels (also can dip these in applesauce or yogurt)
Pancakes (sometimes I put banana or blueberries in the batter and I rarely give her syrup ...I use yogurt or unsweetened applesauce as the topping)
Scrambled eggs
Hard boiled eggs (but she mainly just eats the whites when I give her this... she calls the yolk "frosting" and says she doesn't like it...cute!)
Dry toast... she has this thing for dry toast... weird
Sunflower seeds
Cashews
Tacos (she loves tacos... either beef or chicken with cheese, tomato and sour cream...sometimes black beans)
Chicken noodle soup
Rice (both white and brown)
Bananas, grapes, cherries, oranges.... any fruit really
Avocado
Marshmallows (occasional treat)
Brussel sprouts (amazing! and the cute factor? She calls them "girl scouts"...LoL....?!?)
Green beans (canned)
Cooked carrots
Corn (especially loves on-the-cob)
Tomatoes

Pretty much any and all of the above foods and snacks she will eat willingly and without reminding.... so I say they are her "favorites". I didn't include the obvious (like ice cream) and I'm sure there are a lot more foods I'm forgetting...

Some foods that she doesn't like:

Raw Celery
Mashed Potatoes (they make her gag)
Grilled Cheese sandwiches (I can't figure that one out)
Onions

Add things. Peas, ham, hot dogs, meatballs, etc to mac 'n cheese or to a grilled cheese sandwich. My kids are weird, they may go days without eating very well, even if I offer foods they like. Using a cookie cutter to cut sandwiches and tortillas etc into fun shapes usually amuses them. Letting them help me cook works too. My kids' favorite meal is what I call Munchins. Its really just lots of little snacks, some fresh veggies and dip, crackers and cheese, some fresh fruit, a tiny glass of milk and a tiny glass of juice, a little yogurt and a little jello. They love it! When I start pulling stuff out of the fridge to cut up, they start picking stuff out and helping me. I try not to make it too often so that they will always like it and I like to add stuff sometimes like finger sandwiches etc.
Putting food in weird dishes can be fun too. Spooning a little tomato soup onto a plate for dipping a grilled cheese into or cutting a sandwich into little squares and putting it into a cereal bowl can shake things up enough to make kids feel like its a special or fun meal. Rice A Roni boxes are a godsend, you can mix all sorts of stuff into them and they are cheap and easy. Adding veggies and meats can make a 1$ box of rice into a meal.
