(AP) Two Louisiana women are suing rapper-actor Snoop Dogg, saying they were offered drugs during Mardi Gras 2002 to flash their breasts for pictures that later appeared on the cover of a “Girls Gone Wild” video.

The lawsuit by Jaime Capdeboscq, who was 17 at the time, and Whitni Candiotto, who was 18, also names Joe Francis, owner of Mantra Films Inc., which produces the mail-order videos that feature nudity and sexual activity.

The women claim Francis broke a promise that their picture wouldn't be used in connection with a video. However, when the video — known as “Girls Gone Wild Doggy Style” — came out, they found themselves on the cover, the lawsuit alleges.

The pictures were taken during a party at a New Orleans hotel for Snoop Dogg, who hosted the video, said plaintiff attorney Ron Macaluso.

Macaluso also said his clients were offered drugs but did not accept them.

Attorneys for Francis and Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, have denied the allegations in court filings, saying any pictures taken were with voluntary consent. They also say a sign was posted in the video shooting area that said: “By entering, you consent to the use of such film and your image in a commercial film product.”

The women are asking for an unspecified amount of money in the lawsuit, originally filed in February in state court in Tangipahoa Parish where the two women lived, but later transferred to federal court in New Orleans.

Francis was arrested April 2 while shooting video during spring break at Panama City, Fla. He faces 22 charges including racketeering, procuring minors for sexual acts, filming minors engaged in sexual performances and conspiracy. Mantra Films has disputed the charges, contending crews always ask young women their age and take video only of those who say they are 18 or older.

high profile African Americans hire high profile Lawyers to get them out of trouble! The only problem with that is that they try to relate to youngsters who buy into their crap...they tell them that drug dealing, gang bangin and disrespecting women is cool...they can imitate that stuff easy until they get locked up. However, the public defender does a poor job of imitating Johnny Cochran.

Snoop Dogg Nude

Snoop Dogg, Joe Francis, AND both drug using, boob flashing women who filed the suit are all degenerates. I refuse to believe that any women posing for partially or fully nude photos for a man who makes these videos for a living wouldn't assume the photos would be used. If they were mature enough to be partying in a New Orleans hotel with these guys, then they have no one to blame but themselves. I realize personal responsibility doesn't exist for most people anymore, but it should. Snoop Dogg and Joe Francis are professional scumbags and people who do anything to hang around them are just as bad.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7y2

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Yes, there were more than likely drugs, it was probably pot. (Oh noes, teh whacky weed. 9_9)

Yes, those girls probably consented to flash or do whatever they did, infact they were probably happy to do it. Why are they suing now? Well they probably don't want to admit to their parents that, despite being good little girls, they're out there giving it away with a side of fries.

They're probably also keen to get a fat settlement. Afterall: Gold Digging is a great American past-time. Why be poor when you can gamble on a lawsuit and take someone else's money?

I'm not a snoop-dogg fan beyond one or two songs, but even I can see this is a case of, five years after the fact, they're embaressed at their past mistakes and trying to get a nice, fat settlement for it.

Joe Francis and Snoop Dogg are obviously poor examples of human beings.

The girls are also crap bags for exposing themselves, and then sueing when they got more publicity than they wanted. If they didn't show their breasts in the first place, they wouldn't have that problem.

Yeah - does he think that because he is a rap star that he is above the law? I guess he thinks that the law doesn't apply to him. What a pervert.
