First of all, I'm sure it isn't that bad and you are probably the only one who notices, but if it makes you self concious there are a couple of things you can do. But remember that you are beautiful anyway, and be confident in the way you look.
1. You can shave it, but you'd have to keep doing it, and your arms might itch and get stubbly after a while. Shaving your arms can be annoying, but I know lots of girls who do it.
2. Bleach. Bleaching is the easiest and most cost effective way to handle it. My best friend bleaches her arm hair. You can get kits at any drugstore or department store, they are really cheap too, and the bleach lasts a long time.
3. Waxing. Waxing hurts, but it lasts longer than shaving, the only problem is that when it grows back it will itch like crazy and look weird and stubbly, much like shaving.
If I were you I'd either try not to worry about it, or bleach it.

Try Asian traditional way. Find a pumpkin not too small and not too big just enough for your usage. Take a pumpkin and burn it on fire.Toast it until it become black (it may look like charcoal). Take the burn pumpkin and smash it or grounded it until become powder. Keep it in the dry place. Use it on early in the morning before you take your bath. Take a portion of pumpkin powder and rub it under your arm or any parts that you want to remove hair. Try it and you will find that in one month your hair is remove for forever.

because of the fact the 1st answerer pronounced, your hair won't advance lower back thicker or darker, or exchange texture purely from removing it. that's a hair delusion. The hair on human woman palms is as a rule mild in colour. In men that's slightly darker on their forearms and wrists because of the fact of their testosterone, that's why they have dark facial hair and us women persons do no longer. whether the hair on human legs is darker in some aspects than others, some spots are on the tops of the shins and on the tops of the thighs going inward. nevertheless for myself I in basic terms have it on my shins and that i've got brown hair for my head too. in case you shave you may observe the only subject might desire to be delicate dermis or dry dermis because of the fact which you're utilising a razor so on the factor of the skins floor. Hair removing creams may additionally reason inflammation and pass away purple patches or bumps. Waxing is expensive and is the main painful. If I have been you i might purely pass with shaving and purely your legs on the climate that the hair is maximum substantial. ETA: it extremely is to all the persons who think of hair modifications it extremely is colour and texture from shaving. do you comprehend why it does that? because of the fact while young toddlers start up accomplishing purberty they certainly start up shaving to do away with awkward hair so they only anticipate the modifications being completed to their hair are because of the fact of them removing it. yet while they in no way did that, their hair might nonetheless advance in dark and thick. it extremely is because of the fact they are transforming into up. The hormones on your physique reason your hair to advance in coarser and darker, no longer a stupid little razor blade!. in case you have not got self assurance that perhaps you may desire to take a gander at a guy whose legs have in no way been shaved before - he will have darker fairly curly hair on his legs as he grows right into a guy. And an identical element, nevertheless extra diffused, occurs to women persons.

I shave my arms.. I don't get that stubble either. I only have to shave about once every two weeks and when it grows back its very fine black hairs... but I am mixed and have darker skin color.
I know this white girl who shaves hers, and she gets that nasty black stubble.
I tried bleaching but i have long arms and it just took a lot of work and time... if your skin is lighter or white, I'd just get it waxed I guess.

I wouldn't remove it. It's best to bleach it, unless your skin is dark. Otherwise use a depilatory or let it be. It's normal.
