Depending on the severity and if you are over this difficult part of your life there are a couple of options:

There is a process where the doctor actually grinds the skin down and allows it to recover. Then it is repeated until the scarring is eliminated or reduced.

A more drastic solution may involve a skin graft.

For lesser problems a good cover make up may do the job.

In all cases talk to your doctor and proceed from there.

I used to have them too and then i started using daily exfoliates and regularly used toners on my back and slowly most went away. Unfortunately i still have some left but it is better then before.
