Live as in I live at home = Yo VIVO en casa
Live as in - I'm at a live concert = Estoy en un concierto EN VIVO
The pronunciation is the same.
Alive is a word combination in spanish, you say ESTAR VIVO, for the first person = ESTOY VIVO, you have to change to the correct form of the verb "estar" for the other persons.

I live is vivo (VEE-VOH)
Live as in live television is en vivo (VEE-VOH)
They are noth pronounced the same way, Spanish is generally not like English, in which there are different pronunciations depending on its usage. However, there are some more subtle differences between words that you need to be careful of. Email me if you have any more specific questions.
