There are a lot of blanks to fill in here. I'll assume your cat was pregnant and that you haven't actually seen kittens. Mother cats will hide their kittens and they can find some very good spots. When you see your cat next, watch where she goes and then do some gentle hunting till you find them. It is also pretty easy to tell when a cat has been nursing kittens.

How could you not know? If your cat had kittens, the ground/carpet near her is probably wet, and there will be wiggly little pink things (the kittens) struggling for life right next to her. Just let her take care of them for a while; mother knows best.

When my cat had kittens under the porch, when she came in for the first couple days she was still leaking like a brownish red slime stuff, and she'll seem a bit thinner than before. Watch to see if she goes to a certain place constantly throughout the day.

Follow her. If she has kittens under the house or in the attic, bring them in and socialize them. Otherwise they will grow up feral.

well for one there should be blood on her behind she should have milk in her teats and if she did follow her around and find the kittens if you do find do not touch them for 2-3 days she will eat them its a territorial thing if you need to touch them get a towel and try not to get ur scent on them.
