To keep hair long and strong: take 2 tbls. of heinz apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day for its 93 vitamins and minerals. If vinegar can make my hair grow, it will make anybody's hair grow. Drink 6-8 glasses of pure water to cure dandruff too. Rinse hair with vinegar after washing of the hair. 1/2 cup to 1 cup water then rinse well.

Are you getting enough protein. When I wasn't eating well, my hair started falling out, so now I eat a ton of fruits, veggies, protein, and my hair is growing back.
