how many times a year can you be taxed on a vehicle?

I have a car tax bill and it looks like i am being billed 2x's a year. the regular and supplemental. what is the difference???

Car tax bill? I've never personally heard of it.


Anways, as a little joke, one could say that you get taxed anytime you fill up your car with gasoline, oil, windshield washer fluid, etc al.
