Because it was all perfectly planned by God. He used evolution to achieve a perfect balance in the world. Sorry rabbits, you're way down there on the food chain.
It's too bad you haven't been exposed to secular biology. I understand those Christian science texts don't teach evolution at all. How can you think for yourself if you remain ignorant of mainstream science and philosophy? Seriously, read up on evolution theory and then compare it with what you've been taught heretofore.

Rabbits don't need fangs. They eat grass.
The rabbit species goes on by breeding in high numbers. Evolution has to do with group or species survival more than individual survival.

The rabbits digestive system has evolved in such a way that eating meat is not necessary for survival. In order for the species to survive, it has adapted to its environment. Fangs are generally required to rip flesh from the bones of another animal.
The also reproduce like...well, rabbits, because they are at a point within the food chain that causes them to be food for larger animals. Survival of the fittest!

why didn't horses develope fangs? don't wolves and coyotes eat them?
evolution is adaptation to the environment, not the developement of carnivorous animals. many animals do not eat meat, but plant material. they have no need of fangs, but do have a need for larges flattened molars to crush plant matter for consumption.
another thing, cattle have (4) stomachs, while goats and horses have only one. cattle make better use of the food they eat, while horses and goats require more (by comparison) to achieve the same caloric intake.

What? Why don't we have wings? And fins? And scales? Sorry, evolution doesn't work the way you apparently think it does. Rabbits are herbavores. Fangs wouldn't do them any good. And they are good at running, hiding, and reproducing, ensuring many future rabbits. Which is kinda the point of evolution.

Rabbits don't need fangs to eat their food. However, if you've ever been bitten by a rabbit, you'll find their teeth are far from harmless.

Rabbits survived by becoming very, very fast. I have three and trust me they fly and nothing with fangs can catch them.

The theory of evolution can NOT be true. If it were, then the apes that men evolved from would not still be apes. Everything is a creation from a Creator. How else can we explain the way anything is formed? If you take anything apart atom by atom, you eventually get to nothing. If we all came from nothing, it can't be called evolution. No scientist can come up with a way to make the dust that God used to create man from.
