Jesus never encouraged, or allowed, the stoning of children. He prevented a prostitue from being stoned to death...you honestly think he was encouraging his disciples to stone little children? He was talking about the hypocrisy of the Pharisees in that passage, using Moses' words, not his own, as an example of how the Pharisees had already replaced certain things in the Old Testament with the "traditions of men". He also said, "Whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name, welcomes me."

Let's read the whole scripture instead of doing what Satan, your Father, loves to do. He loves to get people to get the scripture out of context so that he can deceive them so that he can lead them to Hell.
Mark7: 6. He replied, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: "`These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.
7. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.'
8. You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men."
9. And he said to them: "You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!
10. For Moses said, `Honor your father and your mother,' and, `Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.'
11. But you say that if a man says to his father or mother: `Whatever help you might otherwise have received from me is Corban' (that is, a gift devoted to God),
12. then you no longer let him do anything for his father or mother.
13. Thus you nullify the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And you do many things like that."

I think you may have a false impression of "cursing" their father or mother. Also, this generally applies to adult children who are required to take care of their elderly parents.
Here, Jesus is pointing out a law of Moses and making the point that the pharisees were making themselves look unselfish by taking the money set aside to take care of their parents and instead giving it to the church. This was not unselfish but was done as a show. This furthers Jesus' overall message that God cares about our motivations, not just our actions.
Remember to look at the context, not just pick apart the words.

Jesus was quoting Moses... keep reading and you will see that he was reprimanding those who claim to obey God's law, yet do not keep it.
The law of Moses brought death, but Jesus brought grace and life. He never said for anyone to stone anyone.
You'd be better off reading the entire Bible, as I have, than cutting and pasting verses out of context. Wouldn't you hate to be operated on by a doctor who only read bits and pieces of his medical books while in medical school?

Was Jesus speaking of infant children or adult children? Adult children. It was a rhetorical question. Learn proper exegesis of the scriptures.
