If you kitty is now 12 weeks old it is safe to get it the normal vaccines IE for upper respiratory disease the three way combo. Since kitty has an adult immune system with regard to these vaccines only, she is done for one year. Don't let them talk you into more than one set of the three way vaccine.
You are going to need to learn how to clip your kitty's claws and start to discipline her for scratching your legs or the behavior will probably continue as she ages.

We normally give kittens their 3 way "distemper" combination shot at 8, 12, and 16 weeks. The minimum for proper protection would be 12 and 16 weeks. Your state has laws as to what age the rabies shot must be given. Without a series of at least 2 vaccines, your kitten may not be protected. You can definitely keep your kittens toenails trimmed whether it has vaccines or not. Most groomers will show you how, as will most vet clinics. It is also important to have a sample of her stool checked for parasites--they can be born with them. If you are planning on declawing her, I'd go to a vet that uses laser for declaws and has aggressive pain control protocols in place.

"Cut her legs"
??? do you mean declawing??? If so, think about how it would be for you to get your fingers cut off at the first joint...not fun! Cats can be easily trained not to scratch & to redirect the behavior to a scratching pad/post. Anyway, she should have had a first round of shots at about 2 months of age, then repeated every 3-4 weeks until she is 4 months old.

At three months this cat should have already had all of her shots. Please get her updated and have her wormed and treated for fleas. Also, do not let her scratch your legs. When she does, pick her up and put her in her bed every time. You want to break her of this while she is young. Once she is older, it will hurt a lot more. Do not hit her for doing it. She will not know why you hit her. She will think you hit her because she was looking for attention and she will lose trust in you.

i think 8 weeks ' but what are you talking about cutting her legs off cause she;s scratching,,all kittens scratch as all puppy;s bite; it;s in their genes ;and that's how they learn to protect themselves from other animals that try to attack them...say it;s not so as cutting ones pets legs off is totally illegal.
