i want to skip dinner just a few times, what are some good excuses (my parents are pretty stubborn) to get away with this?? they always fill me up with all this fattening crap. and what about breakfast? i can get away w/ lunch but the other two are making me gain weight!!! aagghh!! any ideas? and i dont want the old "healthy eating and exercising" scheme again and no lecturing me on "this is dangerous" just need ideas.

if you want to lose weight you have to eat because body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
your parents are taking good care of you.

Skipping meals deprives your body of many things and most generally weight loss won't be successful. I would not skip a meal but just cut back on the portions. I've heard you can lose weight by eating several times a day. Like have a light breakfast and then when you feel a lil hungry between breakfast and lunch snack on a apple or some type fruit or veggie. In addition drink lots of water it helps you lose weight and has many benefits. Hope this helps good luck

If you're overweight just tell your parents the truth and tell them that some doctors say it's okay to skip dinner once in a while. I don't remember where I heard it, but I heard it from a doctor. If you MUST eat dinner then tell your parents you want to have dinner at 5pm. If you don't eat past 5pm you'll lose a lot of weight. Trust me!

the less you eat the more you gain because your metabolism slows down. The best way to lose weight is to eat at least 4-5 small, light, meals a day. Also if you dont want to exercise then you wont lose that much weight if any.

Breakfast is really important! you should always have breakfast, have lunch, and go light on the dinner dont eat after 8 pm, Also divide what you eat through out the day in to 8 small portions, the trick is to keep the metabolism running, stay away from the three whites, sugar, flour, and i think the other one was salt, anyways if your parents are forcing you to eat dinner, go easy on it, dont stuff yourself.

I am not going to give advice on how to skip meals because what you are asking is not only pointless and dangerous, it is counter productive. Not eating meals will only cause your body to start burning muscle instead of fat and will cause your body to store more fat when you finally do eat. Just eat smaller portions of your parents meals and insist upon being excused from the table once you have eaten your fill, not your plate.

If you don't want to eat healthy and exercise, and skip meals instead you will get fatter.

I don't care what you want, I'm gonna give you what I think is right, this is unhealthy, u shud eat, i'm sure some guy is gonna copy and paste in his diet plan like he's been doing all day, listen to him

don't eat big meals only eat until ur full
