I know it sounds corny, but try the yellow egg yolk. It works with tightening stretch marks and eye bags! The whites dont work as well, but experiment and it might work for you. If you really want to get techinical with the materials go out and buy the Arbonne eye treatment (its a bloody miracle worker!). The other day woke up with nast dark circles and puffy under eyes and i put some of the eye cream on. 20 minutes later i looked completely normal, i have had the same experience with egg yolk.

When you are about to get a shiner, they say put a bag of frozen veggies on your eye to prevent it from swelling shut. So, ALWAYS COLD-NEVER WARM.
Usually, I crush any generic anti-inflammatory, mix it with a little water, and put the paste under (or over) my eye. MAKE SURE IT DOESN'T GET IN YOUR EYE!! Then, get a cold anything (spoons in the freezer, even the bottoms of water bottles and soda cans work) and put it on top of that.
Leave it for a few minutes. CAREFULLY remove the paste. Wash your face with cold water, add some Visene and voila! Problem GONE.

First, you may just need more sleep time. Try and get more rest. Or you can try the cucumbers over the eyes for few hours a day. Rubbing a anti-puffiness solution underneath will also help (overnight) AVON sells really good ones.

Cold spoons work well but they can give you a headache if you have them too cold! Preparation H used to work but they took out that ingredient...

definitely not something hot or warm, use something cool, this helps the swelling go down. warm will make them look red, and larger. i've heard people use preparation h, but i've never used it..lol. good luck!
