Communism did not work in Russia or in any other country. It is only a pipe dream. Only a fool does the same things over and over again and expects different results.

on paper communism is the best economic system, but the reality about communism is that there is no profit motive. If everyone is going to get paid the same thing then why would anyone want to start a business or become a doctor. personally if i knew i would be getting paid as much as the next guy and didn't have to work very hard to do it, i wouldn't work at all. so communism is not a good thing. and if usa would change to the communist system, we sould turn out ot be like china. yeah china looks like a world power but in actuallity their poverty rate is a lot higher then the usa's rate.

Communism usually is opposite of everybody being rich. It is kind of funny because there is no such thing Total Communism because those in the Government are rich and everybody else is poor. To me the only way communism can work is when the Dictator is as poor as everybody else than maybe communism could work.

"The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create a one-world government combining supercapitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control.... Do I mean conspiracy? Yes I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent." -- Congressman Larry P. McDonald, 1976
"American soldiers are dumb animals to be used in the furtherance of 'our' foreign policy. Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated,' that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this 'scenario', individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the [One]World Government. NAFTA is a major stepping stone to the New World Order."-Dr. Heinz "Henry" Kissinger

Because the ones that have the power to do it are rich people who have no interest in sharing their assets with the poor people.
Also because changing to another government type can have catastrophically consequences on the economy, society, etc.
Anyway, I think you need to dig a bit in th doctrines and government types, I have a feeling you are suggesting socialism there.

Communism is a nice system on paper, but it's too easily abused by the government.

You can never have "true communism", there are always classes, don't tell me Castro doesn't live well while his people live in poverty. If he's a communist shouldn't he live in a hut like some on the island?

Nope. Remove all incentives to work hard? Bad idea. When equality of income is the highest virtue, everyone is equally broke.
