I donated blood last Sunday,.no big deal.
I have to have some routine, periodic blood tests done, again, no big deal.
How long between, if at all,should I wait. Is a 5 days enough.? Thanks.

Don't fret.Giving blood-for which you are to be applauded-will not affect your giving a small amount of blood for testing.5 days is more than enough.By the way,thanks for saving my life.

5 days is fine. When you donate blood you're donating one pint. When you do a blood test, they usually only take out a small vial of blood...not very much. You should be fine. Your blood supply replenishes fairly quickly, especially when you drink plenty of fluids.
