Can you tell me what this means and is it grammatically correct? ''a ma vie de coer entier"

Sounds awkward the way it is written - even if it is poetic. I would rewrite as: "Pour toute ma vie, mon coeur entier" - "For all my life, (I give you - this is implied) my heart."
