In Cuba it's 18 (not that anyone ever waits that long). Iraq is also officially 18 but you'd be in extreme danger from religious and political fanatics. In Iran alcohol is only permitted as part of religious rites.

I don't think drinking is allowed at any age in Iraq and Iran--Muslim countries. Cuba, who knows, any age, if they even have liquor there because everything is in such short supply.

They don't have or need a legal drinking age, Yeah they are born drunk, what else would explain driving their car into a building and literally watching themselves blow up.
