Well it was a show that used to be on a whole while back it was about a man who would wake up inside the body of someone he didn't know, but when he looked in the mirror it was his own reflection.. and he was trapped inside the body until he 'fulfilled' his task? Anybody remember the name?

The show was Quantum Leap, and it starred Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell. It ran for five seasons on NBC from 1989-1993. It was the first and only scripted show in television history to go on for more than one season with only two main characters. Every other character on the show every were special guest stars.
