It's not a religion. It called being an "Atheist". It's pronounced with the accent on the first syllable, long a, th like in "with", long e, short i, and of course, st like in "stop". It translates to "no god" or "not/against god" An agnostic, mentioned in another answer, means "not knowing", so a person that is an agnostic is someone who does not know if there is a god.

There are quite a few religions out there that don't believe in a supreme being. The two most common ones are Atheists and Wicca. But then most of the metaphysical religions don't believe in a supreme being either.
