I'm from Texas and I HATE Miller Lite. It's the most disgusting "beer" in the world. Worse, even, than Bud Light.

Only requirements for drinking Miller Lite that I can see on the label is you have to be of legal age. Good luck.

It may go against your experience, but I assure you that there are people elsewhere who lack discriminating taste, although the prevalence in TX is remarkable.

i think the question should be ' do you have to be from wisconsin...' as that's where miller is brewed...and since it's a fairly shabby beer (albeit one i enjoyed while at college in wisconsin...)...it should be kept within state limits.
