i mean i'm a kinda big i don't think i that big i'm 5'8 in height i look in the mirror and i don't think i'm really fat. why?

you are considered overweight when you have high body fat percentage - higher than 25%. its not the same as BMI and i dont think BMI is that important - you can be skinny with low BMI but have pretty high body fat percentage because you dont exercise and have almost no muscle on your body.

Size doesn't determine whether or not you're overweight. BMI does. A BMI over 25 is considered overweight, and I think over 30 is considered obese (not sure on the second number). If you're curious there are plenty of sites that will calculate your BMI for you, or you can look at a chart. All you need is your height (which you have) and your weight.

Distorted body image, I was never a size 18-20 but when I had a few extra pounds on I didn't realize how big I was until I looked back at pictures of my self after I lost the weight

go to this website http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and type in your height and weight then it will tell you your BMI which is your body mass index, it just a number and if its higher than 25 than your overweight.

id say you are chunky...here is a bmi chart thingy it will tell you if you are too big or not...
