Im sorta in shape but i really dont like the little pouch i have on my stomache and how my "love handles" kinda hang over my jeans. Also my thighs touch at the top cuz they aresorta chubby and i think it looks wierd. Does anyone know any exercises that I can do to get ride of this extra stuff i DONT want?!?!?!?!?

· Cardio Training

If you want to get rid of love handles then get up off the couch and go for a walk, take a bike ride, or play some hoops. Find something you like to do and keep doing it.

Eat Veggies, grilled skinless chicken breasts, and grilled fish.

Cross training is really a great way to go.

Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile. If you can't do the full mile running that is fine. Push as far as you can.

Monday - Run .10 mile sprints 5 times. Cool down between each. Jog/speed walk .5 mile.

Tuesday - Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Then do 35 of each.

Sit ups
Crunches
Bicycle Sit ups

Wednesday - Take off and let your body heal.

Thursday - Run again. Same as Monday. Push as best you can.

Friday - Weight Training. Work on your upper boddy and lower body.

Saturday - Take off.

overall weight (fat) loss is the only way to get rid of extra flab
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

a good exercise for the stomach and love handles.
first of all for the stomach - lie on the floor with your knees up and hands flat on the floor beside you.using your torso trust up as far as you can.try to use your legs and arms as little as possible so that the area targeted is get in the maximum action.
another really good exercise for the love handles is to sit on the floor with your knees bent again lean back slightly until your feet are just of the floor.using a medicine ball (or something elts with a bit of weight to it) twist from side to side (aprox 15 each side).
as for the thighs donkey kicks!! stand on one leg and kick out to the side

Jumping rope is pretty good. It works out the stomach, love handles, thighs, and so much more, and also your heart!
